Supreme Court of the United States Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Amy Coney Barrett recently participated in a conversation at the National Governors Association Conference.

You have to show them [the public] in word and deed how important it is to participate. And how important it is to participate in a way that stimulates them to believe that doing good is actually a good thing.
