Here is the updated list (by my count) of the matters the Court agreed to hear argument on during the 2023-2024 term and the decisions.

103 docket numbers were in line to be decided during this term which ended on July 31, 2024. 95 were by July 31. Two others were decided on August 28 (an opinion with a dissent by Justice Zahra). And five were decided on August 30 (three orders, each with dissenting statements by Justice Viviano).

• Opinions issued (by docket number): 58 (12 were unanimous)
• Orders issued (by docket number): 44 (12 were unanimous; 32 were “standard denial” orders after hearing oral argument)

Argued and await decision: 1 (Additional briefing was ordered on July 30, 2024 in People v Oslund (165544). The briefing was filed within 28 days.)
