The Court issued 70 decisions during the 2025-2026 term: 49 opinions and 21 orders, including 14 standard denials. Of those decisions, 42.86% were unanimous, with no concurring or dissenting opinions. The Court has not reached this level of unanimity since the 2017–2018 term.
